In just 24 hours, participants gain practical tools to build meaningful relationships, create effective classroom structures, and foster a positive, student-centered culture. Teachers revisit and update their personal education philosophies, develop conflict resolution skills, and master strategies to maintain and protect their learning environments from distractions.
